Hellossss!! I’ve finally gotten my hands on the newest flavor (about a month’s late) of Pierre Hermé x Ohayo Dairy yogurt – Infiniment Mandarine. (You may read Part 1 & Part 2 here.)
My first reaction when I heard of the 3rd collaboration flavor is: WHY?
Won’t it taste the same as their 2nd collaboration – Satine?
OK, so I told myself not to have much hopes on the current flavor and went ahead to open it. The texture is still as creamy and frothy as before (good job). However to my surprised, the taste is much milder (i.e. less sour) than Satine yogurt. They adapted the citrus peels idea from their previous collaboration and used it on their 3rd one too. *thumbs up*
Comparing Satine and Infiniment Mandarine, I personally prefer the Infiniment Mandarine as the taste is milder, much to my liking. 🙂
So what will be their next collaboration flavors? Earl grey or Cassis? 🙂
FYI – I guess Ispahan yogurt is so popular that Ohayo Dairy continues to produce it although it was supposed to be a seasonal products. Also, it can be purchased at most supermarkets now instead of convenience stores.
I had the sudden cravings for chiffon cake this morning and went ahead to bake a green tea chiffon cake within an hour. Had a slice of it for my teatime just now, and it’s so fluffy. ♥ 😀
Anyway, the sakura fever in Kanto region has fade off (except if you go up Northern Japan, you might be able to see it bloom) and all the sakura trees are now GREEN. 2 weeks back, when I went for hanami date with Y-chan, I finally wore the gingham check shirt which I bought online. ♥♥♥

We’re finally hitting the 70% mark for our wedding preparation!! 😀 ♥
During the last 3 days of March, we went back to Yamaguchi again for photoshoot and the last face-to-face discussion with the wedding planner before the big day. We wanted to have another final discussion in May, but it’s too costly for us so the planner squeezed everything into that last discussion when we’re there.

YES!! The sakura season is here again!!!
It’s my second time to be able to see this beautiful flowers blooming and I simply can’t get enough of it. ♥
This was taken at Ichinosaka (一の坂) in Yamaguchi. We were so so so lucky that the sakura trees were in almost full bloom state when we’re there.
